Provided code reviews and guidance for support team members. Implemented front end application redesign for mobile devices using Angular JS, LESS, and PHP. Maintained and updated existing backend code, migrating MYSQL queries to Doctrine. Participated in project scoping & planning, peer reviews, releases and deployments. Collaborated with QA to define requirements and insure feature quality. Boomtown

Boomtown is an on demand technical support service that connects Business owners with Contractors. Members make service requests through a ticketing system that connects them with available contractors in their area. The members app facilitates submission of support requests, tracking of requests, and communication with technical support people. The technicians app allows local contractors to connect with the members and fulfill their need for services.

On the Boomtown project I worked on the mobile APIs that support the two mobile apps, and on the commercial application that supports the internal company activities. The admin interface for the custom application was built with ExtJS, the backend is PHP/MySQL and APIs use RESTful service. I also worked on integrations for MixPanel, Greenhouse and Segment APIs.

UseMyBenefits

UseMyBenefits uses the latest search technology to allow members to search and sort by benefit type, location or vendor based on what they want to buy,when and where they want to buy it. And in the future, the UseMyBenefits community will get extra value from the site by learning the “ins and outs” of deals from members who rate and share their experiences.

On the UseMyBenefits project I rebuilt and optimized custom MySQL search for a credit card benefits search,  increasing search speed by approximately 65%. I worked on MailChimp api integration, and also improved and optimized clients existing WordPress site.

Reel Code Media

Reel Code Media is a technology that offers framed images as a interactive visual experience that QR codes cannot. The technology has an endless number of uses; from advetising and retail, to personal usage. Because it uses an image inside of the frame, Reel Code Media is a great representation of the company or individual. The mobile app allows users to scan Reel Code frames into the app, once in the app the cornes are draggable and interactive for the user.

On the Reel Code Media project I created the API and its accompanying WordPress plugin that enables interaction between the Reel Code Media IOS/Android Mobile Apps and the Reel Code Media site built on WordPress.
